StockX has terrible customer service. I went through a lot of different experiences with them.
One netizen said he spent over $20,000 on stockXstore but had a bad transaction and had to file for a refund because the item had been waiting for shipment from the seller for over 2 weeks. Customer service cannot be contacted and they do not respond to emails. This is the only course of action available.
Another netizen shared: I finally won Nike’s Panda Dunk Award recently. After the order was confirmed, they didn't ship it immediately so I was a little concerned. It turns out that stockx canceled my order and when I contacted them they said they didn't realize they didn't have enough stock so they refunded me. I am so sad. It's hard enough to even win a sweepstakes or sweepstakes, now it makes me think "damn, even if I win the sweepstakes, am I no longer guaranteed the shoes?" The stockx ending is just super bullshit.
